Evan Price’s appointment as Director and Chairman of the Board comes at a pivotal moment for Polystyvert, as the company experiences remarkable growth and continues to push the boundaries of plastic recycling innovation. Last June, Polystyvert notably announced the construction of the first commercial polystyrene recycling plant with a capacity of 9,000 tons per year. This represents the equivalent of 15% of the polystyrene buried annually in Quebec, which will now be recycled and reused in the production of products intended for the same applications as virgin resin plastic.
