Polystyvert is delighted to announce the appointment of Tomas Fernandez as our new Vice President of Business Development. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Tomas brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.
Tomas began his professional journey with Dow Chemical in 1995, where he held various technical and commercial positions across Latin America, the USA, Europe, and South Africa within the Plastics Business Unit. His tenure at Grace as Global Marketing Director and subsequent leadership roles at Hilti, Albemarle, and Rayonier Advanced Materials further enriched his extensive background in the industry.
Mr. Fernandez is a proud alumnus of Texas A&M University, where he earned his degree in Chemical Engineering, and he later pursued an Executive MBA from Rice University.
In his new role as Vice President of Business Development at Polystyvert, Tomas will spearhead our commercial initiatives aimed at deploying Polystyvert’s cutting-edge technology across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. His strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in advancing Polystyvert’s position as a frontrunner in the drive towards plastics circularity on a global scale.
